                              RESOLUTION NO. 21776
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
                 THE AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                 INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO
                 CONSTRUCTION OF THE AREA 2, PHASE I AND PHASE
                 II LINER AT BIRCHWOOD LANDFILL, FOR AN
                 ADDITIONAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED
                 SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS
                 ($107,400.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Public Works be 

       and is hereby authorized to enter into Amendment No. 1 to the
       Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. for professional
       services relative to construction of the Area 2, Phase I and 
Phase
       II Liner at Birchwood Landfill, for an additional amount not to
       exceed $107,400.00, for a revised total amount not to exceed
       $318,085.00.
